All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract. We may cancel or limit quantities at our sole discretion. You will be notified of any cancellations and refunded if payment was made.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. For prepaid orders, full payment must be received before dispatch. COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. We do not store your payment card details; all transactions are processed by secure third‑party gateways.
We deliver across Bangladesh. Typical delivery times: 2–5 business days inside Dhaka, 4–7 business days outside Dhaka. Delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues are not our liability. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before order completion.
